Check in and check out
Access to the apartment is from 15:00 on the arrival date unless otherwise agreed.
The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure, but packed luggage can be left to later than 15:00
Apartment equipment
The apartment is rented fully furnished .
NICE RENTING not responsible for the guests' private belongings during their stay. Self-insurance applies.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is not included in apartment rent unless otherwise agreed. Housekeeping and other services can be arranged for payment.
Sheets and towels
The rent includes at least one set of sheets and towels per person per week .
Payment
A deposit of 30 % of the total rental amount must be received no later than 3 days after reservation to the Agreement shall be binding
Least 4 weeks before admission, the remaining part of the rent be received .
When booking later than 4 weeks before admission, the full rental amount paid immediately.
Terms and Conditions
Tenant agrees during the rental period :
take good care of the apartment and the furniture .
be responsible for the costs associated with any damage to the apartment and its contents
not, without the express written permission lease rental item to another person.
not, without the express written permission let more people than the maximum number of beds overnight in the apartment.
not without specific written permission to keep pets in the apartment.
to let NICE RENTING gain access to the apartment during the rental period for review.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made via email . Tenant's cancellation shall promptly and in writing by NICE RENTING to be claimed.
- In case of cancellation earlier than 4 weeks before admission regained 30% of the paid deposit and the remaining amount only if the apartment is rented to another guest during the current period , net of the new guest any discounts .
-In case of cancellation later than 4 weeks prior to admission ( when the entire rental amount has been paid ) refunded the amount paid if the apartment is rented to another guest during the current period , net of the new guest any discounts.
Complaints
Any problems, errors or omissions shall be made as soon as possible and in place to NICE RENTING to these promptly be addressed.
